Notice on Applying for the "ISO 37301 Contribution Award"
To All Relevant Enterprises,
In order to recognize outstanding enterprises that actively practice international standards and set industry benchmarks in the field of compliance management, and to give full play to the core value of the ISO 37301 Compliance Management System in strengthening enterprise risk prevention and control and enhancing global competitiveness, the application for the "ISO 37301 Contribution Award" is now officially launched. Relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. Award Positioning
This award is an authoritative recognition of enterprises' compliance management work. It aims to encourage more enterprises to establish and improve their compliance management systems, consolidate the foundation for development through standardized compliance governance, and contribute to building a compliance ecosystem for high-quality development. The awards are of three tiers:
(1) ISO 37301 Excellency Award: As the top honor in compliance management, it represents an enterprise reaching the pinnacle of excellence in the field of ISO 37301. Its compliance system fully covers the entire business chain, achieving a profound upgrade from "passive compliance" to "proactive prevention". Moreover, no violations or major violations have occurred within the past 12 months. It serves as a replicable and promotable benchmark model in the industry, with exemplary value in leading the industry's compliance ecosystem.
(2) ISO 37301 Outstanding Award: It reflects an enterprise's excellent achievements in compliance management. The ISO 37301 system is well-established and operates efficiently, with precise and effective compliance control in core business areas. No major violations have occurred within the past 12 months, and there are only minor compliance issues that can be rectified quickly. It is an excellent example of compliance practice in the industry.
(3) ISO 37301 Pioneer Award: Focusing on the "pioneer" attribute, it highlights that the enterprise has taken the lead in meeting the core requirements of the ISO 37301 standard. Its compliance management system has a solid foundation and standardized key processes. No major violations have occurred within the past 12 months, laying a solid foundation for further deepening compliance construction.
2. Application Eligibility
(1) Enterprises that have successfully implemented the ISO 37301 Compliance Management System, obtained the certification certificate, and the certificate is within the validity period.
(2) The scope of applicants includes: enterprises that newly obtained the ISO 37301 certification certificate in 2025, as well as enterprises that obtained the certificate before 2025.
(3) No major compliance violations have occurred in the past 12 months, and the enterprise has a good business reputation and social reputation.
3. Application Period
The deadline for application is January 5, 2026. Materials submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
4. Application Requirements
(1) The application is based on voluntary principle, and no fee is charged for participation.
(2) Application materials must be true, accurate and complete. Enterprises shall bear the main responsibility for the authenticity of the materials. Those who practice fraud will be disqualified from applying.
5. Other Matters
1. The evaluation will follow the principles of fairness, justice and openness. The list of winners will be determined through material review, expert evaluation and other links, and the final results will be publicly announced.
