Notice on Applying for the "Chief Compliance Officer Contribution Award"
To All Relevant Chief Compliance Officers,
In order to recognize the outstanding Chief Compliance Officers in 2025, the International Risk and Compliance Institute has launched this award - selection activity. Chief Compliance Officers or professionals holding equivalent positions from banks, financial institutions, enterprises and public institutions, and other organizations are welcome to apply.
I. Award Positioning
This award is an authoritative recognition of the compliance management work of Chief Compliance Officers. It aims to encourage more Chief Compliance Officers to establish and improve compliance management systems, consolidate the foundation for development with professional compliance governance, and help build a compliance ecosystem for high - quality development. Three levels of awards are set up this time:
1. Chief Compliance Officer | Compliance Strategy Leadership Award
• Strategic Decision - making Influence: Capable of accurately predicting policies, regulations and industry compliance trends, promoting the in - depth integration of compliance requirements into core decisions such as corporate strategic planning, major investments, and cross - border cooperation. Have led at least 2 forward - looking compliance decisions in the past 12 months to avoid potential systemic risks.
• Value Creation Ability: Optimize business processes, reduce operating costs or enhance brand reputation through compliance management, such as helping enterprises successfully explore international markets and obtain important cooperation resources, with clear cases of compliance value achievements.
• Industry Leadership Role: Possess the right to speak in industry compliance exchanges, such as participating in the discussion of compliance standards and sharing cutting - edge practical experience, and whose compliance concepts or methods are referenced by other enterprises in the industry.
• Risk Management Effectiveness: Have led the enterprise to achieve zero major compliance violations in the past 12 months, established a sound risk early - warning mechanism for complex business scenarios (such as anti - monopoly, data security, etc.) and achieved practical results (such as successfully resolving at least 1 high - difficulty compliance crisis).
2. Chief Compliance Officer | Compliance Excellent Operation Award
• Daily Operation Efficiency: Establish an efficient daily compliance management mechanism, such as setting up a rapid response process for compliance matters with an average response time of no more than 2 working days; conduct regular compliance inspections with a problem rectification completion rate of over 95%.
• Accuracy of Risk Disposal: Be able to quickly identify potential compliance risks in key business links such as procurement, sales, and cooperation. Have successfully handled more than 5 moderate compliance risk incidents in the past 12 months, with scientific disposal plans and no subsequent remaining problems.
• Team Management Ability: Build a professional compliance team, with 100% training coverage of team members. In the past 12 months, the team has not had compliance errors due to insufficient professional capabilities, and the team collaboration efficiency has been highly recognized by business departments.
• Compliance Collaboration Effect: Be able to effectively link finance, legal affairs, business and other departments, establish a smooth compliance collaboration mechanism, and promote the implementation of no less than 3 cross - departmental compliance projects in the past 12 months to ensure the smooth compliance operation of the enterprise.
3. Chief Compliance Officer | Compliance Pioneer Contribution Award
• Compliance Culture Construction: Lead the launch of diversified compliance publicity and training activities (such as Compliance Month, case sharing meetings, etc.), with the average score of employees' compliance knowledge tests not less than 85 points, and the overall compliance awareness of the enterprise has been significantly improved.
• Basic Risk Prevention and Control: Establish a clear compliance risk investigation list covering major scenarios of the enterprise's daily operations. Have completed no less than 2 comprehensive compliance risk investigations in the past 12 months and successfully avoided more than 10 conventional compliance risks.
• Communication and Feedback Mechanism: Build a convenient compliance reporting and feedback channel, with a 100% timely response rate of the channel, and the employee satisfaction with the solution of feedback problems reaches more than 90%, ensuring the efficient handling of compliance demands.
• Implementation Ability: Strictly implement the enterprise's compliance management system, and promote the completion rate of basic compliance work (such as contract compliance review, establishment of employees' compliance files, etc.) to reach more than 98% in the past 12 months, ensuring the effective implementation of compliance requirements.
II. Application Requirements
1. The applicant is the current Chief Compliance Officer of the relevant institution or holds a position equivalent to that of Chief Compliance Officer (such as General Counsel, Legal Director, Chief Risk Officer, Internal Control Director).
2. No major compliance violations have occurred in the past 12 months, and the applicant has a good business reputation and social reputation.
III. Application Time
The deadline for application is January 5, 2026. Materials submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
IV. Application Requirements
1. The application is on a voluntary basis, and no fees will be charged for participation in the evaluation.
2. The application materials must be true, accurate and complete, and shall be responsible for the authenticity of the materials, and those who practice fraud will be disqualified from applying.
V. Other Matters
1. The evaluation will follow the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness. The list of winners will be determined through material review, expert evaluation and other links, and the final results will be publicized.
