Application Guide for
IRCA Chief Compliance Officer Certificate
I. Eligibility Application
Personnel currently holding positions such as Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Internal Control Officer, and General Counsel in financial institutions, enterprises, charitable institutions, non-profit organizations and other organizations are eligible to apply for the Chief Compliance Officer Certificate of the International Risk and Compliance Association (IRCA). Those who have application eligibility can launch applications by scanning the code below:
II. Certification Application
1. Complete Preparatory Courses: Applicants must first complete the corresponding preparatory courses specified officially by the International Risk and Compliance Association (IRCA) for the Chief Compliance Officer Certificate (see the curriculum part).
2. Submit Certificate Application: After completing the preparatory courses, applicants can formally submit the application for the Chief Compliance Officer Certificate. Those who obtained Chief Compliance Officer certificates will automotically obtain Corporate Compliance Officer certificates.
3. Maintain Certificate Validity: After successfully obtaining the certificate, to ensure its continuous validity, applicants are required to complete 10 hours of follow-up learning and 3 hours of Peer-to-Peer communication within 1 year. Only after meeting the above requirements can applicants continue to hold the certificate in the next year.

IV. Certification Operation
