Training Program for
Compliance Evaluator Certificate
I. Overview of the Certificate
The Compliance Evaluator Certificate is a professional qualification certificate formulated by the Compliance Evaluator Association / International Risk and Compliance Association (IRCA) in accordance with ISO 37302:2025 Compliance Management Systems - Guidance for the Evaluation of Effectiveness. It is used to measure the ability of practitioners to conduct effectiveness evaluations of compliance management systems using this standard, and requires comprehensive assessment in three dimensions: values, knowledge, and practical evaluation skills & experience. The certificate is divided into three levels: Junior, Intermediate, and Senior.

II. Core Application Requirements
(I) Values Dimension (Hard Threshold)
Applicants must provide a certificate of no criminal record.
(II) Knowledge Dimension (Core Foundation for Levels)
- Complete the official specialized training course for ISO 37302:2025 Compliance Evaluator, accumulate the required number of class hours, and systematically master the core knowledge such as the content of the ISO 37302:2025 standard, the effectiveness evaluation process of compliance management systems, and evaluation tools & technologies.
- Participate in and pass the standardized examination organized uniformly by the official after training.
-The Junior Certificate is a mandatory prerequisite for applying for the Intermediate and Senior Certificates.
(III) Practical Evaluation Skills & Experience Dimension (Key for Determining Intermediate and Senior Levels)
-Intermediate Compliance Evaluator Certificate: Applicants must hold the Junior Compliance Evaluator Certificate, complete the IRCA compliance-specific training and pass the examination, and have at least 3 years of practical compliance evaluation experience.
-Senior Compliance Evaluator Certificate: Applicants must hold the Junior or Intermediate Compliance Evaluator Certificate, and have 6 years or more of practical work experience related to compliance evaluation (covering positions such as compliance system evaluation, risk investigation, and evaluation report writing) either before or after obtaining the certificate. They should also possess comprehensive capabilities in coordinating cross-organizational compliance evaluation, designing evaluation plans for complex compliance issues, and managing evaluation teams.
Note: The practical evaluation skills and experience accumulated by applicants in their previous work as Corporate Compliance Officers (such as compliance system establishment, compliance risk verification, and compliance rectification supervision) can be converted into the evaluation skills and experience required for Compliance Evaluators at a "1:1 ratio". When applying, applicants need to submit a work certificate for the Corporate Compliance Officer position and a brief description of practical cases (both must be sealed and confirmed by the employer), and the valid duration will be determined after official review.
III. Application Tips
Applicants for certificates of different levels need to submit the corresponding materials as required:
• Junior: Certificate of no criminal record, certificate of completion of the official Compliance Evaluator training, and transcript of passing the examination;
• Intermediate: In addition to the materials required for the Junior level, supplementary materials include a copy of the Junior Certificate, and a work experience certificate (sealed and confirmed by the employer) proving at least 3 years of work related to compliance evaluation (or a certificate of converting Corporate Compliance Officer experience and a brief description of cases);
• Senior: In addition to the materials required for the Junior level, supplementary materials include a copy of the Junior Certificate, and a work experience certificate (sealed and confirmed by the employer) proving 6 years or more of work related to compliance evaluation (or a certificate of converting Corporate Compliance Officer experience and a brief description of cases).
All submitted information must be true and valid. If fraud is found, the application qualification will be permanently revoked.
IV. Certificate Maintenance
After successfully obtaining the certificate, to ensure its continuous validity, holders must complete 10 class hours of follow-up learning within one year (covering content such as interpretation of updates to the ISO 37302:2025 standard and new technologies & methods for compliance evaluation), and at the same time complete 3 class hours of peer exchange (Peer to Peer, focusing on discussions on practical difficulties in evaluation). Only after meeting the above requirements can holders continue to hold the certificate in the following year (follow-up continuing education). The first year after obtaining the certificate is exempt from follow-up continuing education requirements.
V. Certificate Inquiry
Compliance Evaluators who have obtained the certificate can log in to the official website of the International Risk and Compliance Association (www.irca.center), enter the certificate number and personal information to inquire about the validity of the certificate.
VI. Certificate Operation
