Notice on Applying for the "ISO 37001 Contribution Award"
To All Relevant Enterprises,
In order to recognize outstanding enterprises that actively practice international standards and set industry benchmarks in the field of anti-bribery management, and to give full play to the core value of the ISO 37001 antibribery management system in strengthening enterprise risk prevention and control and enhancing global competitiveness, the application for the "ISO 37001 Contribution Award" is now officially launched. Relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. Award Positioning
This award is an authoritative recognition of enterprises' antibribery compliance management work. It aims to encourage more enterprises to establish and improve their antibribery management systems, consolidate the foundation for development through standardized compliance governance, and contribute to building an antibribery ecosystem for high-quality development. The awards are of three tiers:
(1) ISO 37001 Excellence Award: As the top honor in anti-bribery management, it represents an enterprise reaching the industry-leading standard in the ISO 37001 field. Its anti-bribery system covers all business links and management levels, realizing a comprehensive upgrade from "risk control" to "culture shaping". Moreover, no bribery-related violations have occurred within the past 5 years serving as a benchmark model for the industry to build an honest and upright business environment.
(2) ISO 37001 Distinction Award: It reflects an enterprise's outstanding achievements in anti-bribery management. The ISO 37001 system is fully established and operates efficiently, with accurate and in-place risk prevention and control in high-risk links such as procurement and sales. No bribery-related violations have occurred within the past 4 years, making it an excellent example of anti-bribery practice in the industry.
(3) ISO 37001 Initiative Award: Focusing on the "initiative" attribute, it emphasizes that the enterprise has taken the lead in meeting the core requirements of the ISO 37001 standard, with a solid foundation for the anti-bribery management system and standardized key prevention and control processes. No bribery-related violations have occurred within the past 3 years, laying a solid foundation for further optimizing the anti-bribery management system.
2. Application Eligibility
(1) Enterprises that have successfully implemented the ISO 37001 antibribery management system, obtained the certification certificate, and the certificate is within the validity period.
(2) The scope of applicants includes: enterprises that newly obtained the ISO 37001 certification certificate in 2025, as well as enterprises that obtained the certificate before 2025.
(3) The enterprise has a good business reputation and social reputation.
3. Application Period
The deadline for application is January 5, 2026. Materials submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
4. Application Requirements
(1) The application is based on voluntary principle, and no fee is charged for participation.
(2) Application materials must be true, accurate and complete. Enterprises shall bear the main responsibility for the authenticity of the materials. Those who practice fraud will be disqualified from applying.
5. Other Matters
(1) The evaluation will follow the principles of fairness, justice and openness. The list of winners will be determined through material review, expert evaluation and other links, and the final results will be publicly announced.
