Notice on Applying for the "Corporate Compliance Officer Contribution Award"
To All Relevant Corporate Compliance Officers,
In order to recognize the outstanding Corporate Compliance Officers in 2025, the International Risk and Compliance Institute has launched this award - selection activity. Corporate Compliance Officers or professionals holding the position of Corporate Compliance Officer from banks, financial institutions, enterprises and public institutions, and other organizations are welcome to apply.
I. Award Positioning
This award is an authoritative recognition of the compliance management work of Corporate Compliance Officers. It aims to encourage more Corporate Compliance Officers to improve or help enterprises establish compliance management systems, consolidate the foundation for development with professional compliance governance, and assist in building a compliance ecosystem for high - quality development. Three levels of awards are set up this time:
II. Application Eligibility
1. Applicants must hold the professional qualification of Corporate Compliance Officer and can be from either Party A (in - house compliance officers of enterprises) or Party B (compliance officers of service institutions). Therefore, this program takes into account the work characteristics of both parties, sets up awards from three core dimensions of strategy, practice and collaboration, and fully covers the value contributions of compliance officers in different scenarios.
1. Corporate Compliance Officer · Global Strategic Compliance Award
◦ Core Positioning: To recognize compliance officers with forward - looking strategic thinking who can promote the construction of compliance systems from top - level design, applicable to both Party A and Party B.
◦ Key Criteria: Party A shall be able to deeply integrate compliance requirements into the enterprise's strategic planning, major investments and cross - border business, and lead more than 2 forward - looking compliance decisions in the past 12 months; Party B shall provide customized compliance strategic solutions for more than 3 clients in different industries, help clients avoid systemic risks, and the solutions shall be successfully implemented by clients and generate significant value.
2. Corporate Compliance Officer · Outstanding Practice and Tackling Award
◦ Core Positioning: Focus on recognizing compliance officers who demonstrate strong practical capabilities in complex compliance scenarios and efficiently solve practical problems, with emphasis on practical results.
◦ Key Criteria: Party A shall have achieved major results in the field of compliance management (such as establishing a suitable, sufficient and effective compliance management system), or successfully handled more than 3 high - difficulty compliance crises (such as anti - monopoly investigations, data security incidents, etc.) in the past 12 months, ensuring the enterprise achieves zero major compliance violations; Party B shall lead the completion of at least 2 complex compliance projects (such as enterprise compliance rectification, compliance management system construction counseling, etc.), with a 100% project acceptance rate and customer satisfaction exceeding 90%.
3. Corporate Compliance Officer · Ecological Collaboration and Empowerment Award
◦ Core Positioning: To commend compliance officers who are good at cross - entity and cross - departmental collaboration and promote the joint construction of a compliance ecosystem, highlighting the value of collaboration and empowerment.
◦ Key Criteria: Party A shall establish an efficient internal compliance collaboration mechanism and link business, legal, financial and other departments to implement more than 3 cross - departmental compliance projects; Party B shall take the lead in organizing industry compliance exchange activities (such as compliance forums, case seminars, etc.), or develop standardized compliance tools/courses to empower the industry, serving/affecting a total of more than 50 enterprises or 100 compliance practitioners.
2. The enterprise where the Corporate Compliance Officer works or the enterprise for which the officer helps establish a compliance management system has no major compliance violations in the past 12 months, and has a good business reputation and social reputation.
III. Application Period
The deadline for application is January 5, 2026. Materials submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
IV. Application Requirements
1. The application is on a voluntary basis, and no fees will be charged for participating in the evaluation.
2. The application materials must be true, accurate and complete. The applicant shall bear the main responsibility for the authenticity of the materials, and those who practice fraud will be disqualified from applying.
V. Other Matters
1. The evaluation will follow the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness. The list of winners will be determined through material review, expert evaluation and other links, and the final results will be publicized.
